Project Overview

The motivation behind this project is the desire to learn and improve the software involved in neuroimaging and mind reading. To accomplish this Group 5 will further the skill of Matlab programming and data analysis. The data from the volunteers who viewed nature clips and Chaplin movie clips will be analyzed. The major task will be: expanding upon existing analysis algorithms. Some technical challenges Group 5 expects to encounter are: coding difficulties, logical problems and computational efficiency. The desired outcome is an efficient and accurate program for analyzing brain scan data.
